About an hour in your driveway, and you don't need to be there for it.
We book every seasonal changeover as a 60-minute visit. When both sets are on their own rims, the swap is the quick version of that hour. Loose tires take longer, since each one gets mounted and balanced before it goes on. Your part takes about two minutes, which is how long booking takes.
This is the biggest factor. With two full sets of wheels, the lift raises the car so all four come off at once, and the other set goes on.
Loose tires add a step at every wheel. Each tire is moved from one rim to the other and balanced on the machine before it goes back on the car. It's the same work a shop does, and it takes longer than a straight swap.
Switching to a second set of rims takes one 90-minute visit, and the rims take about three weeks to arrive after you order them. Every swap after that is the quick kind. Our on-rim vs. off-rim guide covers the cost side.
When your off-season tires live in storage with us, they arrive on the trailer. There's nothing to dig out of the garage, and we book that swap as 45 minutes.
Part of every changeover is a look at the tires coming off and the ones going on. If we find a nail or a slow leak, we show you and give you the price before doing anything about it.
A repair on its own books as 45 minutes. New tires book as 90, since they're quoted and ordered first.
Plan on about an hour per vehicle. Two cars at the same stop means two hours of work, back to back. Every vehicle after the first is 20% off.
The work itself takes an hour. The wait for an open day is what grows in the fall. The two weeks after the first snowfall are the busiest of our season, and members get first pick of the days.
Book in October and you choose the day.
On the day itself, we give you a two-hour arrival window and show up inside it. If we're late, the visit is free.
The fastest changeover is booked early, with the keys and the wheel lock key left where we can find them. (Our appointment prep checklist covers the rest.) Pick your day before the first snow picks it for you.

No. We need access to the vehicle and the keys, plus a flat spot for the trailer. Plenty of customers leave the keys out and get on with their day, and we text when it's done.
As early as you can, ideally before the first snow shows up in the forecast. The two weeks after the first snowfall are our busiest of the year, and members get first pick of the days.
We book new tire installs as 90-minute visits. The tires are quoted and ordered first, so the price is settled before we arrive.
Booking takes about two minutes, and you pay on site when the work is done.
