Properties & Workplace

Tire changeovers in your parking lot.

One visit, one lot, a dozen cars done while your team is at their desks. We bring a storage container on site, so nobody has to haul tires home, and nobody has to take time off to get it done.

How it works

We supply the container. You supply the parking lot.

A dozen driveway visits become one visit to one address. We set up in the lot, and tires never have to leave the property.

The container goes on site

We drop a storage container in the lot for the season. Everyone's off-season tires live there, right where the next swap happens.

Your team signs up

A sign-up link or a paper list at reception. Plate, stall number, done. Takes about two minutes each.

We work while they work

On the day, our lift trailer swaps each vehicle in its stall. Nobody leaves their desk, nobody books time off.

Tires go back in the container

The set coming off goes straight into on-site storage until the next season. Same container, every year.

Who pays for what

Simple, and nothing for the employer to administer.

  • The employer covers storage. One flat seasonal fee for the container on the lot, whether five people sign up or fifty.
  • Each employee pays for their own changeover. Same on-rim / off-rim pricing as a driveway visit, nothing marked up.
  • No invoice juggling. We bill the company for storage once a year and each employee directly for their own swap.
  • It looks like a company perk, because it is one, at no cost to payroll or benefits budget beyond the container fee.

The more who sign up

The cheaper it gets for everyone.

The container and the trip to your lot cost about the same whether three people sign up or thirty. So as headcount grows, we pass the saving straight back into the per-person rate.

A handful of signups

Standard on-rim / off-rim rate, same as booking a driveway visit, $79 or $159 per vehicle. Still no driving, no lost afternoon.

A dozen or more

Enough for a full lift-trailer day at one address. We drop the per-vehicle rate below the driveway price and confirm the exact number once we know the count.

A whole floor or building

The best rate we offer. Multiple lift-trailer visits are worth scheduling around one lot, so more of that efficiency comes back to your team.

These are directional, not a fixed price list, the exact per-person rate depends on your headcount and lot. Tell us the size of your team below and we will confirm real numbers.

Good to know

Workplace program questions.

What does the employer actually need to provide?

A corner of the parking lot for a storage container, and a way to circulate a sign-up link or sheet to staff. We handle setup, teardown, scheduling and every changeover.

Do employees lose work time for this?

No. That is the entire point. We work in the lot on a scheduled day, and each person's vehicle is done while they are at their desk. No booking off, no driving anywhere.

What if someone's tires aren't on their own rims?

Same as a regular driveway visit: on-rim swaps are quick and low-cost, loose tires take a bit longer to mount and balance and cost a bit more. We confirm each person's setup before anything is charged.

How big does our team need to be to make this worth it?

There is no hard minimum, smaller teams simply pay the standard driveway rate per vehicle with the storage convenience thrown in. The volume pricing kicks in once there are enough vehicles to fill a lift-trailer day at your address.
