The following information is necessary for us to complete your car service: Name; Address; Phone number(s); Make/Model/Year of your vehicle(s); Preferred service times.
The following information is very helpful to us: Email address(es); Odometer reading; VIN (vehicle identification number); and on-line payment information when applicable.
In the process of servicing your car we also collect and keep information on the condition of your car, such as tread depth and tire condition.
How do we use your Personal Information?
Your personal information may be used by us to provide products and services to you such as stated in the section above: “What Personal Information do we Collect” as well as to provide you with a reminder of upcoming service requirements and to provide you with updates and information regarding products and services that we have to offer and which we think will be of interest to you.
We Do Not Share your Personal Information with Others Without Your Personal Consent
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your personal information where we are required or permitted by law to do so.
How Long do we keep your Personal Information?
We retain your personal information as long as we believe that you are our customer and for ½ years after you are no longer our customer. If the information relates to the development, administration, service or repair of any product or vehicle you have provided information for or repaired for you we retain the personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to address any issues arising from development, administration, service or repair as may be required by law. If there are legal requirements relating to the period of time which we must retain your personal information, we comply with those requirements.

Most of the personal information which we collect is necessary for us to perform the services outlined herein throughout this Notice and we cannot do this without that personal information. Similarly, we must disclose your personal information as described above in order to to provide products and services related to these services.
